Air Testing
Fast, Accurate Pipe Integrity Testing.
B2O Environmental offers low-pressure air testing for gravity sewer lines to verify watertight integrity before acceptance or backfill. This test is a fast, efficient method for identifying leaks and ensuring new or rehabilitated lines meet required specifications — without using water.
Our air testing process includes:
Testing per ASTM C828 and C924 standards
Isolating test sections with inflatable plugs
Monitoring for pressure drops over a timed duration
Detailed pass/fail documentation for municipalities and engineers
Air testing is ideal for new sewer installations, lateral connections, and rehabbed segments. We ensure accurate, safe testing that helps contractors avoid costly repairs or failed inspections.
No leaks. No guesswork. Just proven results.
Pipe Cleaning/Hydro excavation

Safe. Precise. Powerful.
B2O Environmental provides expert pipe cleaning and hydro excavation services using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to clear blockages, remove debris, and safely expose underground utilities. Our process is trenchless, non-destructive, and ideal for everything from sewer and storm drain maintenance to utility locating and daylighting.
We specialize in:
High-pressure jetting for sewer, storm, and industrial lines
Root and grease removal
Hydro excavation for precise digging without damaging infrastructure
Catch basin and manhole cleaning
Whether for routine maintenance or emergency response, B2O delivers clean, safe, and efficient underground solutions.
CCTV Inspection’s

Accurate. Non-Invasive. Reliable.
B2O Environmental uses high-resolution CCTV camera systems to inspect sewer, storm, and drain lines without excavation. Our advanced push and crawler units locate root intrusion, blockages, cracks, offsets, and structural defects with precision.
We provide:
Live video with footage markers
Accurate issue location and depth
Full inspection reports for contractors or municipalities
CCTV inspections help you identify problems early and avoid costly surprises — whether it's for maintenance, real estate, or post-repair verification.
Vacuum Testing
Leak-Free Starts Here.
B2O Environmental provides certified vacuum testing for manholes to verify watertight integrity before backfill or final approval. Our testing follows ASTM C1244 standards and is a fast, non-destructive way to detect leaks, faulty joints, or poor seals in new or rehabilitated structures.
We handle:
Pre- and post-construction manhole testing
Standard or deep structures
Concrete, brick, or composite manholes
Documentation for municipalities and contractors
Using calibrated gauges and vacuum pumps, we quickly identify leaks without water fill, reducing delays and ensuring code compliance. If a structure fails, we help identify the problem and re-test after correction.
Fast results. Clean testing. Code-compliant reports.
Trenchless. Targeted. Long-Lasting.
B2O Environmental offers no-dig pipe repair services using the PipePatch trenchless point repair system — a proven solution for fixing damaged pipes without excavation. Ideal for sewer, storm, and lateral lines, PipePatch restores structural integrity to specific problem areas without replacing entire sections of pipe.
Using a fiberglass and resin-impregnated patch, the system is positioned inside the pipe using a specialized packer, then cured in place. Once hardened, the patch forms a watertight, corrosion-resistant seal that meets ASTM F1216 standards and is rated to last 50+ years.
We use PipePatch to repair:
Root intrusion points
Cracks, fractures, and holes
Offset or misaligned joints
Infiltration or exfiltration sites
Small-scale structural damage (2" to 48“+ pipes)
Advantages of PipePatch No-Dig Repair:
No excavation, no landscape damage
Fast cure times (as little as 1 hour)
Cost-effective vs. full line replacement
NSF-61 approved for potable lines (select models)
Compatible with most host pipe materials
B2O’s trained technicians use camera verification before and after installation to ensure proper placement and cure. Whether you're dealing with root damage or deteriorated joints, our trenchless pipe repair offers a permanent fix — with minimal disruption.
Dig less. Fix more. PipePatch gets the job done underground — without tearing it up above.
Mandrel
Pictured above : 8” Mandrel
Mandrelling is a critical pipeline maintenance and testing procedure used to verify the roundness, cleanliness, and internal diameter of sewer or conduit pipes. It involves pulling or pushing a solid device known as a mandrel through the pipeline to confirm that there are no obstructions, deformations, or excessive debris that would compromise flow or future lining work.
Post-construction verification: Ensures contractors haven’t installed undersized or oval pipe.
Pre-lining inspection: Confirms pipes are free of intrusion or flat spots before cured-in-place lining (CIPP).
Routine maintenance: Detects early deformation in older sewer mains.
Why It's Important:
Mandrelling provides a non-visual, mechanical verification of pipe condition and compliance. It’s especially important for:
City inspection compliance
Storm and sanitary sewer system integrity
Trenchless rehab prep (CIPP, sliplining)
B2O Mandrelling Services Include:
Rigid and flexible mandrel testing
Multi-size mandrel deployment (6", 8", 10", 12", etc.)
Post-cleaning mandrelling with video verification
Root intrusion and flattening detection
Custom reporting for municipalities or contractors
